SUMMARY :
Four wings of American Military: Navy, Air force, now they have the joint chiefs of staff, this also included the president. He had the veto over wither to drop an atomic bomb or not. The CIA was designed to go abroad and spy. And to make sure Russian spies didn't come in and if they did they tried to make them flip to help the Americans.
